Cardiovascular Innovation Ventures Invests in GenServe.AI to Bring Voice and Autonomous AI to Care Between Visits
ACC’s venture arm invests in GenServe.AI to launch a nationwide MSO delivering 24/7 voice AI cardiovascular care between visits, supporting Medicare’s ASM.
GenServe.AI shares our vision of using innovation to support clinicians, advance guideline-directed care and improve heart health for patients throughout their care journey.”
DAVIS, CA, UNITED STATES, October 29, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Cardiovascular Innovation Ventures (CIV), the affiliated investment arm of the American College of Cardiology, has made an investment in GenServe.AI, a physician led healthcare AI company building the operating system for autonomous care delivery. The investment brings voice AI and autonomous care to cardiovascular service lines, payviders and practices, where patients often fall through the gaps between visits, medication changes, and follow-up.— Richard Chazal, MD, MACC
The funding will allow GenServe.AI to create a nationwide management services organization (MSO) that delivers 24/7 AI-enabled care to care delivery organizations. The MSO is designed to support Medicare's Ambulatory Specialty Model (ASM) and other value-based care initiatives, where payment depends on measurable outcomes rather than visit volume. ASM is a mandatory, five-year model starting January 1, 2027, that places more than 2,000 cardiologists treating heart failure patients under two-sided risk, with upside and downside payment adjustments of ±9% to ±12% on Medicare Part B.
GenServe.AI is redefining how providers, health systems, and payers drive growth and improve patient outcomes without adding clinical headcount. Positioned as a strategic growth partner, the company helps healthcare organizations expand access, increase clinical capacity, and close gaps in care across high-value service lines through an AI-first approach.
At the center of its platform is GENIE, a voice-first, autonomous AI solution that enables continuous, longitudinal care between visits. GENIE supports guideline-directed medical therapy, timely post-discharge follow-up, proactive patient outreach, and ongoing clinical monitoring. Through outcome-based contracts aligned with measurable results, GenServe.AI helps organizations improve clinical performance while strengthening operational and financial outcomes.
"Nearly one in two U.S. adults lives with some form of cardiovascular disease, highlighting the need for new approaches that strengthen cardiovascular care beyond the clinical setting," said Richard Chazal, MD, MACC, Chair of the Board of Managers, Cardiovascular Innovation Ventures. "GenServe.AI shares our vision of using innovation to support clinicians, advance guideline-directed care and improve heart health for patients throughout their care journey."
“Healthcare organizations can no longer rely on adding more staff to address growing gaps in care, delayed referrals, and missed follow-ups,” said Ashish Atreja, MD, MPH, Co-Founder of GenServe.AI. “We built GenServe.AI to make evidence-based, longitudinal care scalable through autonomous voice and multichannel AI, enabling providers to care for more patients while improving outcomes. We are proud to be backed by the venture arm of the American College of Cardiology, whose leadership in cardiovascular research, clinical guidelines, and standards of care helps inform our approach to responsible, clinically grounded AI.”
ACC and GenServe.AI leadership will be sharing more details at the Autonomous Care Summit & Reception at HLTH on November 18, from 2–5 PM, at San Polo 3501AB, Level 3.
